How To Burn Stomach Fat.

The most common question I’m asked pretty much every week if not every day is  How to burn stomach fat or what is the best exercise for losing belly fat?

Unfortunately, there is no nice way to answer this…

It is not possible to target the fat in one area, or spot reduce body fat through exercise. 

The general consensus among fitness experts and scientists is that fat is lost from the entire body as a result of diet and regular exercise.

So doing abdominal exercises will only strengthen the muscles in your stomach and does not reduce fat in that area, instead creating a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you consume/ reducing your calorie intake) recommended for losing fat.
