Personal training services At The Gym Group Bristol require a gym membership. All of my personal training programs include personalized program to suit your needs e.g. weight loss, toning, muscle building. Sessions will be a mix of CV and weight training
Nutrition and workout plan provided to every client.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

If you’re not based in Bristol or you are too busy to get to the gym?
No problem I can train you online using exercises specifically developed for home training.

FROM £29/MONTH – £150/MONTH

Lean With Leat Group £29 per month (£7.25 per week the price of 2 coffees)

Access includes:

  • A 10 minute goal setting phone call to get you started to exactly establish how we will work together.
  • Access to the mypthub platform which includes workouts for the gym and at home – easy accessible and no more worrying about which exercise routine to choose.
  • Access to a private Facebook support group to keep you on track and hold you accountable.
  • Weekly live Q and A in our group. To answer any questions you have and help you with any struggles you may be facing.

Digital accountability add-on for extra £20 per month (£49 per month)

  • Have the option to whats app/ facebook a trainer whenever you need extra help and support.
  • Plus everything else from the Lean with Leat group package.

1 to 1 COACHING 

£150 per month ( £37.50 per week)

  • 4 Week customised exercise program each month which includes access to the mypthub platform.
  • Nutrition advice – No meal plans, quick fixes, fad diets or starving yourself just simple habit changes.
  • Weekly Skype call – each week we will chat via skype or your preferred video call platform to check in on your progress and hold you accountable
  • Whatsapp support – you will be able to message me anytime you need support or advice, part of the service also includes you sending me photos of your meals.
  • Access to a private Facebook group to help keep you on track and hold you accountable

PAIRED PERSONAL TRAINING

This is a great option for you if you feel under pressure to train alone or work better to have a friend or relative to compete with. Plus, you can split the cost for huge savings!

4 SESSIONS/MONTH: £150 (£75 PER PERSON)

8 SESSIONS/MONTH : £300 (£150 PER PERSON)

12 SESSIONS/MONTH: £400 (£200 PER PERSON)

Please note you are required to be a member of the gym in order to take part in personal training sessions. For Robert Leat Fitness to cover the membership and additional fee of £20 per month is required. Personal training  sessions take place at Pure Gym Barrow Road Bristol

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

1:1 personal training is my most popular service. 1 to 1 training enables you to get expert, personalised guidance for your health and fitness goals and will streamline the road to success! All 1:1 programmes are monthly subscriptions.

4 SESSION/MONTH £150 (£170 to include gym membership)

8 SESSIONS/MONTH £300 (£320 to include gym membership)

12 SESSIONS/MONTH £400 (£420 to include gym membership)
